Sports Programme Are
  • To promote enjoyment and participation by all children in a wide range of physical activities.
  • To help children gain a healthy attitude towards an active way of life, and develop skills and knowledge to be able to make sound decisions about the use of their leisure time.
  • To develop a desire to achieve and maintain a high level of physical fitness and health.
  • To inculcate the skills of setting short and long term personal/team goals, and evaluating the progress..
  • To introduce skills and lead-up games in a variety of team sports and individual games.
